— Your Rights, Our Obligations,
and Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "c888," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the c888 platform, operated under international gaming licensing oversight and accessible at c888.lol.
• "Platform" means the c888 website, web application, and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, and content made available at c888.lol and its subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the c888 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the c888 Platform, associated with a PKR-denominated wallet.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, live dealer game, fishing game, or any other wagering activity made available on the c888 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on any Game or Sports Event through the c888 Platform.
• "Sports Event" means any sporting competition — including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international tours), football, UFC, and tennis — on which c888 offers betting markets.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other promotional incentive awarded to a Player by c888.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to c888's identity and age verification process, conducted primarily through CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) document verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency used on the c888 Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player protection features available at c888, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing the c888 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with c888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the c888 Platform. Your continued use of c888 following any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

c888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision took effect.

To register and maintain a c888 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement through CNIC-based identity verification. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using c888 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of c888 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensing partners, or a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement at c888 or at any other gaming operator with which c888 shares exclusion data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. c888 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS on your Account.

You must not:

• Share your c888 Account credentials with any third party;
• Allow any other individual to access or use your c888 Account;
• Use another Player's Account credentials to access c888;
• Store your c888 password in any unencrypted or unsecured format.

c888 will treat any activity conducted through a Player's Account as authorised by the registered Account holder. c888 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify c888 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. c888 will temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation and take all reasonable steps to secure it.

All Account balances at c888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c888 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.

c888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by geography, payment method, or game type.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• c888 reserves the right to restrict which Games contribute toward wagering requirements. Typically, live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games — specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings generated from bonus play. Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies, it will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk balanced bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus value — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• c888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all Bets and Games conducted through the c888 Platform:

• All Bets are final once confirmed through the c888 interface. c888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a Bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances where c888 has made a manifest error.
• Manifest errors: Where a Bet is accepted as a result of an obvious or manifest error on the part of c888 — including incorrect odds, incorrect market labels, or technical malfunctions — c888 reserves the right to void the Bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. In no circumstances does c888 hold itself liable for the consequences of manifest errors beyond returning the original stake.
• Sports Betting: All cricket, football, UFC, and other sports markets at c888 are governed by c888's individual sport betting rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, c888's sport-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms.
• In-Play Betting: Live, in-play markets at c888 are subject to delay mechanisms and suspension where required to maintain market integrity. c888 is not liable for any delay in bet acceptance that arises from legitimate in-play risk management systems.
• Casino Games: The outcome of all c888 casino and slot games is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, by real physical outcomes (cards, dice, roulette wheels) supervised by licensed studio facilities. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot games and are published on the relevant game information page.
• c888 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market or Game at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to: integrity concerns, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or exceptional market conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c888 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other technological tool to place Bets or interact with the c888 Platform in a manner not supported by c888's official interface;
• Colluding with other Players — including but not limited to sharing information about hands, strategies, or market positions in real time to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the c888 Platform to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the exploit results in financial gain;
• Registering or operating more than one c888 Account (see Section 3);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds using payment accounts not registered in your name;
• Using the c888 Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward c888 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the c888 Platform or any Game;
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

All intellectual property rights in and to the c888 Platform — including but not limited to the c888 name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface, game content, text, graphics, software, and databases — are owned by or licensed to c888 and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

c888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the c888 Platform for any commercial purpose;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on c888 Platform content;
• Use c888 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without express written consent from c888;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the c888 Platform.

Any use of c888 intellectual property beyond the scope of this limited licence is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c888 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the c888 Platform;
• Any loss arising from reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the c888 Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of c888 Platform services, including but not limited to downtime for maintenance, server failure, or regulatory compliance actions;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Any loss resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

Nothing in these Terms limits c888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited at c888. You accept this risk voluntarily. c888 does not guarantee any particular outcome of any Game or Bet.

c888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously under its international gaming licence. c888 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR amount you may deposit to c888. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net loss over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Reduces take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged into c888 for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days. Your Account will be inaccessible for the duration of the cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your c888 Account and prevent future registration. Self-exclusion is irreversible. Players who self-exclude may not re-register under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.

c888 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. c888 does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and c888's licensing obligations.

If you believe your gaming has become problematic, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately or contact c888 support. You may also consult Gamblers Anonymous and other internationally recognised problem gambling support organisations.

c888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from c888;
• Detection of multi-accounting or identity fraud;
• Detection of collusion, bot usage, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority or law enforcement body;
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, c888 will review the Account balance and, where the closure is not due to Player misconduct or fraud, will return any genuine balance to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of all required verifications. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms by the Player, c888 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.

c888 aims to resolve all Player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. The following process applies to all formal disputes:

1. Initial Contact: Contact c888 customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]) with full details of your complaint. Support agents will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the initial support level, you may submit a formal written complaint to c888's compliance team. A written resolution will be provided within 14 business days.
3. Licensing Authority Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting c888's internal complaint process, you may escalate your dispute to c888's licensing authority using the dispute escalation mechanism provided under c888's international gaming licence. 4. Arbitration: Where required by applicable law or licensing conditions, disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes or licensing authority mediation may be referred to binding international arbitration.

Please note that Bets and wagers are final and cannot be reversed on the basis of a change of mind, a subsequent improvement in odds, or a dissatisfaction with a game outcome that is consistent with the certified rules of the Game.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under c888's international gaming licence jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction is determined by c888's licensing authority and is available on request from c888 compliance support.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and/or arbitration bodies specified under c888's licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits c888's right to seek urgent interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent fraudulent use of the c888 Platform.

c888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at c888.lol/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — c888 will provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered to each Player's Account. Where amendments are minor, administrative, or required for regulatory compliance, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the c888 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the c888 Platform and may request account closure.
